The red fruits or berries are now an ingredient in our dishes, we can include soft fruit desserts, sauces, salads, as garnish for meats, milk shakes, etc. We also have a variety of berries to choose from.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons blueberries
- 6 tablespoons raspberry
- 500 grams Yogurt
- Sugar to taste
Directions:
Put the yogurt in a bowl, add sugar gradually, to achieve the desired sweetness.
Beat well and add the blueberries and raspberries, previously cleaned, reserving some fruit for decoration.
Spread the yogurt in individual cups and placed in the refrigerator until it is chilly.
Wash fruits aside, drain and put into a glass with 2 tablespoons sugar. Stir well to make them well sugar coated.
Assemble the fruit sugar breadcrumbs over the tops together with a sprig of mint.
Serve immediately.
Personal suggestion: This is a very special dessert for children, is very cool and can also serve as a snack in the afternoon. If you want you can add a strawberry sauce replacing the sugar in the recipe.
