200 gr. Prawn
2 leeks
1 pepper
2 garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Peel the prawns. Reserve the shells for another preparation. Carve up the leeks, pepper and garlic finely.
Put a skillet on the stove with lots of broad oil. When hot fry the noodles until they are completely swollen. removed and drained on paper towel. Reserve.
Remove oil from pan, leaving 4 tablespoons vegetables and sauté over medium heat. Incorporates the shrimp and soy sauce. Leave a few more seconds and serve with noodles on top.
