Title: Vegetables with feta cheese
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 4

Feta cheese comes from Athens and surrounding areas. It is made from sheep’s milk, sometimes with only goat milk. White cheese is soft and spicy pasta. Have low-fat and a good supply of calcium. For its strong and spicy flavor. Is often taken in salads: Salad with feta cheese, vegetables gratin, beef tomato, garlic and Feta cheese, Pasta with Prawns.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr Feta cheese
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ eggplant
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 wild asparagus
  • 2 artichokes
  • Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat the oven (oven + grill position).

Clean the vegetables, cut into strips and placed in a dish for the oven.

Add salt and pepper, oil, bits of cheese on top and finally sprinkle with oregano above.

Put in oven at 240 º for ½ hour (depends a bit of each oven), when it begins to brown, you are ready to serve.

Personal suggestion: This salad has a very special flavor, if you do not like feta cheese, you can use mozzarella cheese.
