Hello Friends, the following recipe is a healthy appetizer for a dinner. In this dip you will find cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is a delicious cheese granule that usually leads to compare it with ricotta or curd. This cheese is made from cow’s milk. Ingredients:
1 pt. Mayonnaise
1/2 pt Cottage cheese, mashed
3/4 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/2 tsp Caraway seed
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix well all ingredients. taste salt and pepper.
Put the mixture dip in the refrigerator at least 20 minutes before serving.
Use raw vegetables for dip like: Celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumbers, radishes, bell pepper, cauliflower squash or any vegetable you like.
