Hello Friends, the following recipe is a healthy appetizer for a dinner. In this dip you will find cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is a delicious cheese granule that usually leads to compare it with ricotta or curd. This cheese is made from cow’s milk. Find the usual low-fat cottage cheese made with milk or semi skimmed and therefore it is recommended  for diets, like the kind Burgos cheese or curd. The origin of the cottage cheese is as old as the consumption of cheese in the countries of central Europe, although there is evidence that the industry began in the U.S. For almost one hundred years.

Personal Suggestion: This is a delicious recipe for a fast appetizer. To serve, place the dip in the center of a plate and the vegetables around, they are going to look beautiful with all it  colors. Enjoy this great recipe with family and friends.
