Hello Friends, this next recipe “tuna salad with cucumber” is a delicious and healthy salad. Ingredients:
2 cans tuna in water
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lemon
1 / 2 Cucumber in small squares
1 / 2 Lettuce in small squares
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Remove the tuna from the can, take away the water.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, lettuce and salt.
Mix well.
Serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: this salad dish can be accompanied with white rice. If you want you can add to the salad inions, carrots or the vegetables of your preference.

I made the salad because it sounded so good – my tuna was already soaked in lemon juice and I had less mayo since I just wanted 1 serving. I also added rice without reading the personal suggestion. It’s nice when people have similar great ideas!
