Tuna is one of the more oily fish consumed in many countries. Its meat has a 12% fat, which makes it an oily fish, but it is a fat rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps lower cholesterol and blood triglyceride.

Ingredients:

  • A can of tuna in large pieces
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 large lettuce
  • ½ cup cheese
  • 2 cucumbers great sliced thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • ½ bunch of celery
  • 1 lemon acid

Directions:

In a large bowl, place chopped lettuce leaves as a base for the salad.

Then, you remove the oil to the tuna and departs.

Mix the tuna with onion, two cloves of garlic, celery and half the salt, add to lettuce.

Grate the cheese and add to salad.

Then spread cucumber slices to cover the entire surface.

Add finely chopped celery. Chop the tomatoes into thin slices, and spread to cover the surface.

Then, add the remaining cheese and the red pepper. Sprinkle the remaining salt and white pepper.

Besides, add the tuna oil was away, olive oil, the remainder clove finely chopped garlic, and lemon juice.

Heat this mixture for half a minute in the microwave, and crush the garlic until you release.

Let stand at least half an hour. Pour this mixture over the salad as a garnish. Mix all the salad and serve.

Personal suggestion: Serve this salad with garlic bread, you can replace the oil from the can of tuna with olive oil to make this recipe healthier.
