Tuna Mousse - Sancks

This is a special recipe to surprise the family, because as in most cases, easily tempt us with any preparation leading canned tuna. Do not forget to do it because it feels so good for hot days and is as simple as mixing all in one container, place in pan and bring to the fridge.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of whole canned tuna
- 350 g cream cheese
- 150 g cream
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 50 cc of water
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 g gelatin
- 100 g of peppers into strips
Directions:
Hydrate the gelatin with 50 cc of water and carry water bath to dissolve.
In a bowl put all ingredients and stir well, then add the gelatin and unite all things. taste that is well seasoned.
Spread with mayonnaise the mold in which the mouse going to do (may be English pudding, to be easier to cut them).
Put half the pasta, add the peppers, cover with the other part of the mix and we refrigerator for an hour at least.
When we retired for a bowl of hot water to facilitate mold release. It can be done the day before and store in the refrigerator. Serve with salad leaves.
Personal Suggestion: The mousse of tuna is an excellent recipe for some very mild and tasty snacks. Serve this dish with different types of cookies and also can place a variety of breads.
