One of the most popular vegetables more nutritious than we find in the market is the chard. Of Mediterranean origin, this leafy green plant known for its large number of components beneficial to the organism and its lack of fat and calories. The Arabs were the ones widespread cultivation, today this vegetable plantations are spreading in Europe and North America.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 medium potato
- Salt
- 150 gr. oil
Directions:
Wash and cut the chard. Peel potatoes and boil along.
with the chard and a little salt.
When the potato is cooked and taken out on a plate is stepped on.
Place the oil in a pan, when hot add the potato and constantly moving it is left until golden and crisp.
Chopped spinach is added and mixed, giving a couple of laps in the pan, salt correcting.
Personal suggestion: This dish is very cool and easy to prepare appropriate for a summer day. Can be served with rice and baked chicken.
