Sugar-free Punch – Halloween

Punch is known to a wide variety of cocktails, alcoholic or not, often containing fruit or juice. Punch is typically served at parties and celebrations in large wide bowls known as punch bowls. In many Caribbean and Pacific countries, is taken as an aperitif before meals. This next drink is sugar-free Punch, ideal for people with diabetes, is a sweet and refreshing fruity drink Perfect for Halloween Night.

Ingredients:
- 2 packages sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 12 packets sugar substitute
- 6 cups water, cold
- 2 liters sugar free 7-Up or diet ginger ale
- strawberries (to garnish)
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add Jell-O and remaining ingredients, except 7-up. Mix well.
Garnish with strawberries or other fresh fruit.
Before serving add chilled 7-UP.
When the punch are ready to serve add frozen bugs (ice cubes).
