The cut of meat called steak is more tender and juicy they get from the animals, taste is very particular and especially its texture is very soft. The preparations of steak are very tasty and can be combined with countless ingredients. This tasty recipe is a practical and easy way to cook the steak and the result is a delicious main dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds loin
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut the loin into strips and placed in the flour. Mix well and shake to remove excess flour.
Then, melt two tablespoons of margarine in a nonstick skillet and cook the meat over medium high heat, stirring frequently until browned.
Remove meat from skillet, melt the remaining margarine and cook the mushrooms for two minutes on medium heat.
Then add the red wine and when it starts to boil, reduce heat and wait a minute.
Add the onion soup mix and water. Season with pepper to taste and let simmer for ten minutes.
Return meat to skillet to heat before serving.
Personal Suggestion: Serve with rice or fries and a salad of lettuce and tomato. If you want to give it a creamier sauce, you can add the final 2 tablespoons cream
