Spaghetti with Tomatoes - Italian Food

The next dish is a recipe for a Sunday lunch with family and friends. The pasta is delicious and it is best to be prepared very easy and fast.
Ingredients:
- 600 gr. spaghetti
- 1/4 cup oil
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions:
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water to a boil.
Drain and heat. Sprinkle with a little oil.
Place the remaining oil in a saucepan over medium heat and bring with garlic scent.
Add the tomatoes and cook for one minute. Add oregano. Season.
Sprinkle with green onions and, if desired with the chili.
Add pasta.
Mix well and serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: Serve the pasta with a delicious wine and serve with salad and garlic bread. Spaghetti with tomatoes.
