Hello Friends, this next recipe “Spaghetti Primavera” is a delicious and healthy pasta recipe. The pasta is a simple but delicious food invented in china, was taken to Italy by Marco Polo and became one of the world’s most popular dishes. As a food made with wheat, has many nutritional qualities. Enjoy this great pasta recipe with your family.

Ingredients:

150g spaghetti
150ml creme
4 spring onions, finely sliced
75 g zucchini sliced
100g broccoli, cut into small florets
15g butter
100g frozen peas
3 tomatoes, skinned, chopped
Squeeze of lemon juice
4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes or according to the instructions on the packet.

Blanch the zucchini and broccoli in boiling lightly salted water for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and cook the onions for 2 minutes. Stir in the peas and cook for one minute.

Mix in the chopped tomato and the blanched broccoli and zucchini and cook for one minute more. Stir in the cream, squeeze of lemon juice and parmesan cheese.

Cook over a low heat for 2 minutes.

Season to taste and stir in the cooked spaghetti.

Serve immediately.

 

Personal Suggestion: This is an easy and healthy pasta recipe, you can use spaghetti or another kind of pasta like fettuccini. You can use other vegetables like carrots, red pepper.

Serve this  dish with garclic bread and green salad.
