Title: Spaghetti pomodoro
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 2

“Pomodoro” sauce is a type of Italian tomato sauce that is often served over cooked pasta. Like marinara sauce, pomodoro sauce is made from tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and fresh basil. Making a fresh Pomodoro sauce at home is fairly simple. The  next  dish  is  delicious  and  it is a A very basic recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup peeled and chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato into squares
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 black pepper

Directions:

Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water. when this list put the pasta dough in a pan with little oil so it does not dry.

Put into a pan 4 tablespoons oil, when it is hot add the garlic and cook until almost golden color, add tomatoes and keep moving until you cook without losing much shape the tomato.

Add pasta, salt and pepper. move to mix all ingredients.

Serve the pasta in a bowl then chop the basil, use the style and quantity to your liking.

Personal suggestion: To have a more creamy sauce add 2 or 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese (which if you can substitute cream cheese). This sauce was a softer texture and fine, while it thickens.
