Title: Spaghetti Bolognese with mushrooms
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serving: 3

Hello Friends, this next recipe “Spaghetti Bolognese with mushrooms” is a delicious pasta recipe. Bolognese sauce (ragù alla bolognese) in Italy is a meat-based sauce for pasta originating in Bologna, Italy. in the United States, the term ‘bolognese’ is often applied to a tomato-and-ground-beef sauce that bears little resemblance to ragù served in Bologna. Enjoy this great Pasta recipe with your family.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1lb of beef mince (or a mixture of beef and pork mince)
1 carrot, diced
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 stick celery (with leaves), chopped
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 sprig each of rosemary and sage
1 tablespoon basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 tomatoes, pureed
3 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt

Add the carrot, celery, herbs, and soy sauce; insert the pureed tomatoes, sugar, tomato paste and the mushrooms. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, moving occasionally.

In the meantime, boil the spaghetti in plenty of water with a little salt and oil. (usually cooked for about 10 minutes to make it aliente. Drain and set apart.

Season the sauce. Divide the cooked spaghetti in 3 plates. Top with the Bolognese sauce, garnish with plenty of parsley and black pepper, parmesan cheese.

Serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: The original spaghetti Bologneserecipe doesn’t have mushrooms, but in this recipe I want to give a different flavor to a traditional dish. You can serve this pasta with garlic bread and a cup of wine.
