Mix the garlic, oregano and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add the beef and fry until the meat juices have almost dried up.
Put in the tomatoes and their juice, the beef stock, wine and sugar.
Before you are ready to serve, drop the spaghetti into a pan of boiling, salted water.
Cook for 10 minutes. (until al dente). Drain completely and put into a serving bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and black pepper. Toss well and serve with the sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Personal Suggestion: This is a delicious pasta recipe, the tomatoes, basil and beef create a wonderful flavor; if you want something different to the classic Bolognese you can add to the sauce bacon or pancetta. Serve this dish with garlic bread and green salad.

Thanks for the excellent recipe. I’m so glad you don’t use pork because I can’t have it for religious reasons. I can’t wait to try this one.
