Ingredients:
- 750 grams Soy
- 300 grams sugar
- 3 unit egg yolks
- 1 stick vanilla
- 150 grams cream
- 3 unit egg whites
- 60 grams sugar
- 250 ml soy milk
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 125 grams nuts
- 6 tbsp rum
Directions:
First, we have to cook in a water bath of 250 ml. soy milk, honey, half the nuts and rum to evaporate all soy. Let cool this preparation.
In another bowl, put in a water bath to 300 gr. sugar, soybeans, egg yolks, vanilla and cream and beat until thickened. cook until the yolks are ready.
Replace the hot water for cold water, add the egg whites beaten with 60 gr previously. sugar and half of the finely ground nuts.
Place mixture in a sealed plastic container in the freezer, allow to cool stirring several times before freezing.
Personal suggestion: This ice cream tastes soft and sweet, is special for children, you can serve it with vanilla wafer cookies with a caramel sauce on top.
