Title: Smoked Salmon Sandwich

The smoked salmon is a byproduct of smoked salmon, which is in the form of large fillets. There  are two types; cold smoked “Slice” and smoking hot, the cold smoked is smoked at low temperatures. Frequent used in the kitchens of northern United States, northern Europe and Canada.

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread mold
2 type Philadelphia cheese spreads
4 fresh lettuce leaves
Smoked salmon

Directions:

Spread the bread mold with the Philadelphia cheese.

Then place the lettuce leaves

Put up the smoked salmon cut into thin strips.

Cut the sandwich into two  and serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: This sandwich is delicious for a special breakfast or if you prefer you can use for dinner and served with French fries. You can add pepper and some chopped chives to give a more intense flavor.
