Shrimp is one of the most popular seafood and it meat is considered delicious. The characteristics of shrimp make them well suited to taste without much elaboration. The following dish are some delicious meatballs with some ingredients from Asia.

Ingredients:

  • 225 grams of raw and peeled shrimp
  • 2 slices white bread box
  • 6 water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 22 grams of finely minced pork slice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /8 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 cups oil for frying

Directions:

Trim the crusts from the bread and cut into ½ cm cubes.

Finely chop the nuts and squeeze to remove any excess water.

Add a quarter teaspoon of salt to the shrimp and mix well; stripped and rinse the shrimp lightly with water and pat dry.

Add another quarter teaspoon of salt and mash the shrimp with the flat of the knife.

Cut the shrimp to a soft dough, place dough in bowl and add the ginger wine (obtained by crushing a slice of ginger root, which is then mixed with a tablespoon of white wine is taken out the ginger and slice uses the fluid).

Also add a quarter teaspoon of salt, chicken broth, black pepper, egg white and cornstarch. Mix in a continuous direction for about three minutes until the consistency is sticky, add the chestnuts and finely chopped pork slice, if desired.

Remove the shrimp paste into 12 portions and form meatballs; pass them on bread, chopped or ground and press lightly to make sure the crumbs adhere to the surface.

Put the pan into the fire and add the oil, when hot add the meatballs and fry shrimp until they float to the surface of the oil, flip them over with a spatula to ensure uniform cooking. Cook two minutes or until golden brown, increase heat and fry for 30 seconds (to make it crispy on the outside), remove, drain and serve.

Personal suggestion: You can serve these meatballs with white rice, prepared stir-fried vegetables or cooked rice pasta.
