Shrimp in Garlic Wine Sauce - Seafood

Tittle: Shrimp In Garlic Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup packed freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup dry white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add parsley and shrimp and cook for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
Add wine and cook until the shrimps are done, about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Personal Suggestion: This recipe is a great combination and it is very easy to do. For a light meal, add a green salad and mash potato or bread. It will be delicious.
