Salmon Patê – Appetizers

Hello friends. Is called pâté a type of spreadable paste usually made from meat and liver which is usually served on toast as an appetizer. Usually developed with a mixture of finely chopped meat or liver or gravel, which often adds fat, vegetables, herbs, spices, wine and other ingredients. The following recipe is very new and we’re going to use salmon. is very easy to prepare and it tastes good.



Ingredients:

280g fresh salmon
110g peeled and crushed nuts
150ml white wine
150ml water
2 oranges
110 gr butter
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Poaching the salmon in white wine and water for 10 minutes. When done, remove and remove the skin and bones.

Put in a bowl the orange of the skin of the orange juice and one of them, butter, salmon, salt and pepper in blender, set at maximum speed until the ingredients form a paté.

Add nuts and mix with a spoon.

Put in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Serve with toasted bread and a little mayonnaise.

 

Personal Suggestion: This is pate a nice flavor, you can use this recipe for an appetizer for a nice dinner, serve it with a variety of breads and biscuits. Enjoy  this  great  recipe  with family and  friends. Your guests will be surprised.
