Hello friends, the next recipe is an amazing dish from Colombia, this soup is a traditional recipe of the region of Valle del Cauca. The corn plant is one of the most commonly used in the preparation of different foods, it is very tasty and easy to prepare, besides being very nutritious, it is generally used in soups, stews, among other dishes. Ingredients:
10 cups water
2 pounds of chopped beef ribs
2 tablespoons of household
1 pound yellow potatoes
6 sweet corn
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the ribs and the homes on the water for an hour and thirty minutes, giving up a good stock.
