Pumpkin Pie Dip - Halloween

The word pumpkin originates from the word “pepon”, which is Greek for “large melon”. The next recipe is a delicious pumpkin dip, very easy to prepare is perfect for your Halloween celebration.
Ingredients:
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- cookies
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
Whisk in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended.
Serve with cookies.
Personal suggestion: This dip is also great served with sliced pears, apples, bread or any vegetable.
