Hello friends, the potato or (Solanum tuberosum) is the kind of tubers and roots that contribute to the nutrition and energy requirements of more than two billion people in developing countries. Originally from America has a series of nutrition that allows you to play a really important role in feeding the world. As one of the products based on the food table, the underground stem has a high level of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 lt water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Pinch of curry powder

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except the cream.

Put this mixture in a pot, boil.

Reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes at the end add the cream.

Personal Suggestion: This potato cream has a mild texture and a expectacular flavor. You can serve to decorate it with bits of crispy bacon.  Enjoy this  great  recipe  with  family and  friends.
