Potato Cakes - Appetizers

Title: Potato Cakes

The potato is very nutritious food because it contains lots of vitamins, protein, fiber and minerals that give great benefits.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. It add the onion, pepper, ham, and garlic and leave it in the fire until the onion is soft. Set aside.
Then grated potatoes in a bowl and combine with sauce.
Add the parsley, salt and pepper.
Next, form four pancakes fried in equal and vegetable oil over medium heat until cooked through and golden on both sides.
Personal Suggestion: Keep the pancakes warm until ready to serve, you can Serve them with a wad of cream on each one.
