The potato is a tuber of Andean origin. There are many varieties of potatoes in the world, for example, in Peru there are more than three thousand varieties discovered so far, what makes the potato a food very interesting to study. Potatoes are, as we all know, a very rich and perfect food to join thousands of dishes. Even not only as complement, but as the main basis of the richest culinary feast.

Ingredients:

1/2 kg small potatoes
2 cucumbers
2 yogurts
2 onions
1 garlic cloves
Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook potatoes with skin on and washed with salt water, and out to cool.

After that you should peel cut into slices and place in salad bowl flat.

Meanwhile, place the yogurt in the blender, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 of vinegar, half the onions and garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Whisk the sauce and reserve.

Add cucumbers, peeled and chopped into cubes.

Put this mixture over potatoes.

Serve cold.

Personal Suggestion: The salad will have a more intense flavor when prepared at least half an hour in advance and stored covered in refrigerator. These potatoes are used to accompany meat or chicken on the grill.
