Hello friends. the next recipe is an amazing recipe from Colombia of a region called Antioquia. The pork loin is each of the two pieces of meat of pigs which are next to the spine and under the ribs of the animal.The exquisite flavor of the pork loin, its rich nutrient content and comparative low in fat, calories and cholesterol, they do an excellent food. Ingredients:
200 grams of pork tenderloin
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon black sauce
1 tablespoon butter or oil
¼ cup chopped pineapple into small cubes
1 cup rum
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut cream
2 tablespoons cream
Directions:
Adobe pork with garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon juice, black sauce and vinegar. Let stand (you can do the day before).
In a bowl with oil or butter browned pork in both sides until tender and juicy.
Add the chopped pineapple and continue cooking until the pineapple is lightly browned and translucent. Sprinkle with rum.
Also add the marinade tenderloin, pineapple juice, coconut cream, milk and finally the cream.
Cook until the consistency and has been reduced. Serve with the sauce.
