Pork Loin with Cheese – Meat

The exquisite flavor of the loin, rich in nutrients and low comparative proportion in fat, calories and cholesterol, they do an excellent food.

 

Ingredients:



  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 k of pork tenderloin
  • 250 grams of cheese to melt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup port wine

Directions:

Fry the tenderloin marinated in olive oil. He adds the port wine and cook 40 minutes with a little water.

He takes the meat and wrapped in foil.In the gravy add the cream and cornstarch diluted in a little cold water. Remove.

Cut the meat into slices, place in a baking dish, alternating a slice of meat and one cheese. Pour the sauce over and gets the oven to grill.

Personal Suggestion: This  recipe  if  perfect for a  Saturday night  dinner. Serve with baked potatoes and a green salad.
