Piña colada – Valentine’s Day
Title: Piña Colada
Cook time: 5 minutes
Level: Easy
serving: 2
Ingredients:
4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
3 oz. rum
2 oz. coconut cream
2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend briefly at high speed.
Strain into a glass and serve.
Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a cherry.
Personal Suggestion: This is one of the most popular drinks in Hawaii. The traditional cocktail has a fresh Hawaiian pineapple juice, rum and coconut cream, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. This drink is a perfect appetizer for a Valentine`s day dinner
