Pear and Ginger Cake – Dessert’s

Hello friends. the following recipe is a delicious dessert. The pear is a fruit rich in vitamins (A, B â € “thiamine, rivoflamina, niacin and folic acid, C and E), fiber, potassium, pectin, mineral salts, sugars, iron, iodine and calcium, so is highly appropriate for a vitamin enrichment and promote a healthy and balanced diet. this is a fruit suitable for the monitoring of both children’s diets and diets and weight loss of gastric protection by low calorie presented.



Ingredients:
450 g pears, peeled, cored and sliced thin
175 g superfine sugar
175 g sifted flour
14 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
3 tsp ginger
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:


Beat 175 grams of butter with the sugar, flour, eggs and ginger, mixing until it forms a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold.

Place the pear slices over the mixture.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and sprinkle the remaining butter.

Bake at 180 º C (350 º F) for 40 minutes.

 

Personal Suggestion: I love this dessert.  The time came to serve this delicious cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  Enjoy this  great  recipe  with  family and  friends.
