Peach Pie - Desserts

The peach is a fruit tree native to China, transported to the West first by the Persians and then by the Romans. In China, it was said that the peach was consumed by the immortals due to its mystic virtue of conferring longevity on all who ate them.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla wafers big ground
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Filling: 1 can of 400g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 300 ml sweetened peach pulp
- Unflavored gelatin
- Cover: 100ml sweetened peach pulp
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

In a mixing bowl, combine the cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a mold of the foot.
Take him to the preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Filling:
Add sweetened peach pulp tablespoon unflavored gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup hot water when it thickens add the mold of the foot.
Mix condensed milk with the juice of the lemons and pour into the mold above the sugary pulp.
Cover:
Pour 100 ml of sweetened pulp in a saucepan and add cornstarch dissolved in cold water beforehand.
Bring to boil until thickened. Remove from heat. Cool a few minutes and pour over the mold. Then, bring the fridge to solidify for 2 hours minimum.
Personal suggestion: You can prepare this dessert and leave in the fridge for 3 days, very suitable to eat in summer because it is a very light and refreshing dessert.
