Hello friends, the next recipe is an amaizing Tomato and bacon Pasta. Tomatoes eaten raw in salads is a healthy food, nutritional, digestive and very beneficial to our bodies. It is rich in vitamin A, and contains very good proportions of the BI, B2, PP and C. It also contains appreciable quantities of mineral salts of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, iron and zinc. Ingredients:
1 kg ripe tomatoes
6-8 strips of bacon
1 onion
450 g pasta
1 Nut butter
25 g of parmesan to serve
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
Directions:
Place tomatoes in boiling water for one minute, then in cold water for another minute and remove the skin.
Chop tomatoes into small cubes.
Cut bacon strips into tiny horizontal drawing of meat.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the bacon and cook over high heat until it begins to brown.
Chop onions very fine, lower the heat and add to the pan.
Cook 5 more minutes and add the tomato, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook over very gentle heat 10 minutes more.
Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water to cook by following the advice of the manufacturer.
Drain well and mix with the sauce.
Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle on top to serve.
Personal Suggestion: It is best to use fresh tomatoes if they are not or have little taste, you can add a pinch of sugar to tomato sauce. A little bit of white wine also power the flavor of the sauce.
