Parmesan Rice – Italian Food

The liver provides a large amount of vitamin A, vitamin B complex, protein and iron.The avian liver is usually employed in developing the most common spreads and chicken is also used in certain fillings or sauces or rice integrated.
Ingredients:

- 1 cup rice washed and dried super extra
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cooked and chopped chicken livers
- 4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a rectangular refractory butter bake for two minutes at the maximum temperature of microwave oven. Add rice and temperature for 4 minutes stir, uploading to the refractory walls for not brown, move it if necessary to half the time. It should be transparent.
Add the garlic and onion, bake for one minute at maximum temperature and stir.
Stir in saffron broth, cover and simmer four minutes at maximum temperature, now add the cheese and mix gently.
Cover and cook 10 minutes more to a power level five.
Remember that Parmesan is salty, if the broth has salt, add less cheese. When finished, let the rice stand uncovered, for 10 minutes to finish cooking, serve with pieces of livers and more Parmesan.
