Orange Pineapple Smoothie – Beverages

Pineapples offer a unique sweet taste that is great in smoothie mixes with other ingredients. Pineapples are also full of Vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, beta carotene and other nutrients as well.
Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh pineapple, fresh peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup ice cubes
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice
- Sugar to taste
- ½ cup whole milk
Directions:
Blend pineapple, ice, orange juice, sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add milk and blend until frothy.
Serve immediately. Garnish with slices of pineapple and orange.
Personal Suggestion: This smoothie is delicious, very healthy breakfast is good and also preparing for a hot summer afternoon is a very refreshing drink.
