Hello friends, the orange fruit is considered the queen of the cold months. It can produce many dishes: salads, orange duck, ice creams, sorbets and many desserts. Whenever you grate a citrus peel, do not include the bitter white part as well. If an orange was a bit dry, it is advisable to dip in warm water a few minutes. This will extract all get their juice. Orange sauces accompanying meat or fish can be sweetened with brown sugar. It will give you a more golden color.

Ingredients:

1 can condensed milk
1 can cream
150 grams cream cheese
¼ liter of fresh orange juice sieving
½ cup water
20 grams of unflavored gelatin
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Whisk the cream cheese with condensed milk.

Add the cream and orange juice.

Apart hydrated gelatin in water and bring a water bath to dissolve and incorporate into the mix before.

Pour this mixture into a mold previously caramelised, to cooling space 2 hours, remove the dessert from the mold and decorate with orange slices and orange.

 

Personal Suggestion: This dessert has a very short cooking time, you can do very fast and ready to leave it in the fridge. To give to the dessert  more color, you can also put several cherries.
