The orange fruit is one of the most popular and healthiest in the world. It has a high content of vitamin C. Its taste, especially of some varieties are really superb for its acidity and sweetness.Fresh oranges can last more than three weeks in the refrigerator, even if they were stored at room temperature they can get more juice.
Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can cream
- 150 grams cream cheese
- ¼ pint of fresh orange juice sieving
- ½ cup water
- 20 grams of unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk, then add the cream and orange juice.
Apart hydrate the gelatin in the water and carry water bath to dissolve and incorporate into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a mold previously caramelized, carrying refrigeration for about 2 hours, unmold and garnish with orange slices.
Personal Suggestion: The orange flan is a soft and nutritious dessert. The orange flan can be eaten alone, with cream, with chocolate or ice cream or any fruit which lets you play and develop imaginative desserts.
