Orange Flan – Desserts (Version 2)

Orange is one of the most consumed fruit in the world, is grown especially in temperate and humid. Contrary to common believe, the orange does not lose like others citrus fruits none of its properties to be cut from the tree. Therefore becomes the only citrus that retains its full nutritional value of vitamins, minerals and sugars.

Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can cream
- 150 grams cream cheese
- ¼ liter of fresh orange juice sieving
- ½ cup water
- 20 grams of unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
Directions:
Whisk the cream cheese with condensed milk, then add the cream and orange juice.
Apart hydrated gelatin in water and bring a water bath to dissolve and incorporate into the mix before.
Empty this mixture into a mold previously Caramelized, refrigerate for about 2 hours, remove from mold and garnish with orange slices.
Personal Suggestion: This dessert is very appropriate when it has prepared a special dinner, its smooth taste is perfect to accompany a strong dinner.
