Hello friends. The mushroom is the most popular edible mushroom in white, this plant comes from China appreciated and Japan, where it is cultivated for almost 800 years. In Europe about 300 years are calculated from the mushroom farm, using techniques well behind, which caused minor crop and therefore, very high prices. Ingredients:
1 kg. whole fresh mushrooms
10 ml. milk
250 gr. cheese or fresh thread
1 / 4 onion
1 clove garlic
Basil
coriander
Oregano
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3-5 drops Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
In a skillet, cook onion and garlic finely chopped, add the mushrooms, basil, oregano and the drops of Worcestershire sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer and moving around so that the heat is evenly distributed, until mushrooms change color and consistency is a bit soft maas.
Transfer to a baking tray by placing a first layer of mushrooms and cheese then cover with another cheese.
Add milk and coriander, to place the microwave for 2-3 min. for cheese gratin.
