Title: Mushrooms and beef quiche
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 2 quiches.

Hello friends. In French cuisine, Quiche is baked dish (generally an open pie) that is based on a custard made from eggs and milk or cream in a pastry crust. Usually, the pastry shell is blind baked before the other ingredients are added for a second baking. Other ingredients such as bacon, meat, vegetables or cheese are often added to the egg mixture before the quiche is baked. Enjoy this  great  recipe  with  family and  friends.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 pkgs. shredded Mozarella cheese
Salt and pepper
1 small jar mushrooms
1 c milk
3 eggs
1 medium tomato
2 frozen pie crusts, thawed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Using a  saucepan , brown ground beef, onion and tomato, drain.

Mix well with cheese, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Add milk and eggs.

Bake 30-45 minutes.

Personal Suggestion: If you are planing a weekend picnic with your family, this recipe is a perfect option. This quiche is delicious, the great taste doesn’t change if it is served warm or cold.
