Hello Friends, this dessert has a very soft texture. caramel sauce makes it look appetizing. In the cuisine is called sauce to a liquid mixture of ingredients (hot or cold) that are designed to accompany a dish. Consistency liquid (or semi-liquid) in a sauce can cover a very wide range which can range from mashed to a more liquid stock. Enjoy this great dessert with your family.

9 cups French bread cubes
1 cup sugar

1 tsp Instant Coffee
4 large eggs

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, 2 2/3 cups evaporated milk and vanilla extract until well blended; stir in sugar mixture.

Pour over bread, pressing bread into milk mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes or until set.

Caramel sauce:

Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a small heavy-duty saucepan.

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

Personal Suggestion: This dessert is a favorite of my friends, for their mix of texture and flavors of coffee and caramel. if you do not get French bread you can use any white bread that has at least 2 days will have been purchased
