Mini cupcakes - Halloween

This recipe for mini cakes is ideal have individual cupcakes for breakfast or snack. If we make with our children, spend a little fun.
Ingredients:
- 100 ml of oil
- 1 egg
- 125 g of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 150 ml of milk
Directions:
Place in a bowl: Flour, sugar, baking powder and chocolate and mix.
Make a hole in the middle and add egg, milk and oil and mix well.
Fill with the mixture small baking dish.
Stew in the microwave for 4 minutes at about 500 watts.
Let cool and serve.
Personal Suggestion: Halloween is a great time for family fun, serve this mini cupcakes with a hot chocolate sauce on top.
