Mimosa Cocktail – Holidays
Title: Mimosa cocktail
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Level: Easy
This is simple cocktail preparation. The champagne seems to have an aphrodisiac effect unchallenged, and to be its main ingredient, makes a cocktail mimosa is extremely provocative.
Ingredients:
- 500 gr. dry champagne
- 250 gr. peeled and frozen orange
- 100 gr. orange liqueur

Directions:
Pour into the glass only 100 gr. champagne and orange liqueur (if you put 50 gr. of sugar).
Blend 10 seconds, speed 5.
In the glasses serve: 2/3 of champagne and 1/3 of the prepared mixture.
Enjoy immediately.
Personal Suggestion: Frozen orange is to avoid having to put ice cubes to make the sorbet. Whenever there are sorbet or fruit juice is better to have it frozen and so will feel cooler without changing its taste.
