Let me share with you one of my favorite cake recipe, is delicious, soft , sweet and very appropriate to celebrate any birthday.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3 egg whites until stiff
  • 3 tablespoon. sugar
  • 1 jar of cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Condensed milk ½

Directions:

Make a short cake whisking the egg whites until stiff, and go slowly adding the egg yolks, then sugar and finally the flour.

In a greased pan, put that preparation and into the oven at 200 º for 15 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).

Make a creamy froth beating the three milks. Put more or less condensed to achieve the desired sweetness.

Beat the egg whites until stiff with the sugar and decorate the cake by beaks.  Wait 5 minutes before serving.


Personal Suggestion: This milk cake can be prepare  1 or 2 days before your event, keep in a plastic container with lid in the refrigerator and not lose its consistency and flavor.
