The jalapeno pepper or jalapeno peppers, is known by this name because its traditional center of production, the Mexican city of Xalapa, Veracruz. This chili is a spicy varieties most widely grown and consumed in America.The jalapeno is fleshy, elongated, reaching 7 cm. long and about 3 wide at the base. It is used both before and after maturation.

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium onion
- 4 jalapeno pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 chopped tomato previously (along with the onion)
- 2 teaspoon oil
Directions:
Beat eggs with tomato and onion.
In a saucepan place the oil and add the eggs.
Add salt to taste, cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve the eggs on a plate and serve with jalapenos.
Serve immediately.
Personal suggestion: This eggs are amazing. serve with bread, tortillas and a cup of black coffee.
