A ball is a ball of minced meat and sometimes fish and eggs mixed with various condiments. The word ball is from the Arabic term “al-bunduqa”. Ingredients:

- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium onions
- 5 cloves garlic

Directions:
