Mascarpone Dessert – Italian Food

Hello Friends, this next recipe “Mascarpone Dessert” is a delicious dessert. The mascarpone is from Italy, The mascarpone is a soft and slightly cheese with sweet flavour, reminiscent of acid butter, the texture of the cheese is similar to the fresh Ricotta. Enjoy this great dessert recipe with your family.



 

Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks, lightly beaten
2 tbsp Heavy cream
2 tbsp Cognac or Brandy
1 lb Mascarpone, or ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
16 Strawberries

Directions:

In an electric mixer, blend the cheese until looks very smooth.

Whisk in the sugar, egg yolks, cream and the Cognac, until you see the mixture very thick and smooth.

Place the mixture un the freeze and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until you are going to serve the dessert.

When you are ready to serve, spoon some tablespoons of the cream mixture in glasses for dessert and some strawberries.

 

Personal  Suggestion:  The  mascarpone  with  strawberries  is a  traditional  dessert  form Italy, you  can  serve  this  delicious  cream with another  fruits like raspberries, peach or cherries. You have a variety of imaginative choices.
