Mango Smoothie with Yogurt and Banana - Beverages

The following liquid has one of my favorite fruits, the Mango. This fruit has a magnesium and also improves digestion, soothes nerves and relaxes the muscles. The Mango is high in fiber, which makes it a suitable fruit to regulate intestinal transit.
Ingredients:
- 1 t. soy-milk
- 1 t. orange juice
- 1 scoop of frozen yogurt
- 1 t. diced mango
- 1 banana
- sugar to taste
Directions:
Put in the blender the frozen yogurt, mango and banana into cubes.
Add soy milk, orange juice.
Beat for a few seconds until everything is well mixed.
Serve immediately.
Personal suggestion: If you don’t like soy-milk, you can use a a low-fat milk. They could also replace sugar with honey.
