Mango Mousse – Mexican Food

Hello Friends, this next recipe “Mango Mousse” is a traditional dessert recipe from Mexico. The mango fruit is an antioxidant, because contains high levels of vitamin A, which helps the body maintain a good state of cells. Enjoy this great dessert with your family.



 

Ingredients:
1 Can Condensed Milk, sweetened
2 Pounds Fresh Mango,  sliced
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Cup Heavy Cream, chilled

Directions:

In food processor put the condensed milk, the mango and the lime juice,  blend to a paste.

Beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the mango puree.

Pour into individual bowls and freeze for 1 hour before serving.

 

Personal Suggestion: The mango mousse is an easy and delicious dessert, if you can’t get mangos, you can replace them using pineapple or  peach.

Serve cold and decorate with bits of fruit on top.
