kiwi pudding – Desserts
Title: kiwi pudding
Cook Time: 1 hour
Level: Easy
Serving: 4
The kiwi grows naturally in the hills of eastern China at the foot of the Himalayas and in such abundance that was called the Pearl of the Himalayas. The kiwi is a fruit of winter, this being an advantage to them to keep in good condition for longer.
Ingredients:

- 6 kiwis
- 100 gr sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 3 teaspoons sugar syrup
- 1 can condensed milk
Directions:
Five Peel kiwis and cut them. In a saucepan, whisk egg yolks with sugar until well blended.
In a separate pan, let the milk boil with the vanilla stick. Once it has boiled remove the vanilla and milk together with the yolks. Mix well, let stand a few minutes and strain it.
Put the Kiwis in the mixture and add it to a previously caramelized custard cups.
Bake in water bath for 45 minutes, remove the flan mold.
Personal Suggestion: Peel kiwi and cut into slices remaining, and garnish with kiwi slices on top.

when i used the condensed milk, i was peculiar about it since u have the sweetness from the sugar, milk and also the sugar syrup but i tried it anyways.
Thinking the acidity of the kiwi will cut it turned out pretty darn sweet for my taste buds but overall i like the idea of putting it in the pudding.
Also another thing, it would be nice if you had the cooking time.
thanks
