Kale With Double Cream– St. Patrick’s Day
Title: Kale with double cream

Ingredients:
1 3/4 lb Kale
2 tb Butter
2 tb Double cream
salt pepper to taste
2 tb Stock
Directions:
Wash the kale and strip the leaves from the stalks then plunge into briskly boiling salted water and cook until tender (15 minutes).
Drain well and chop In a saucepan combine the butter cream and pinches of nutmeg, add salt and pepper.
Insert the kale and the stock.
Mix well and cook until well heated and the sauce are slightly reduced.
Personal Suggestion: Kale with cream recipe is so simple and delicious, to make it a little healthier you can use olive oil instead of butter. Enjoy this great dish in your St. Patrick’s Day Lunch.
