Hot Mexican Cheese Dip – Mexican Food

Hello Friends, the next dip recipe is delicious.  As usual, I like to tell the qualities of the ingredients is the recipe. in this case the Onions stimulates the appetite and regulates the functions of the stomach, is diuretic, so it is important half as depurative agency, is very good for all respiratory conditions. enjoy this great Mexican Recipe whit  your  family.



Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 can red chili puree
garlic powder
2 lbs american cheese

Directions:

Put chopped onion in a small amount of water and cook until tender (drain off any excess water).

Add red chili puree and bring to boiling point.

Remove from heat and gradually stir in grated cheese.

Add garlic powder to suit taste.

Place over double boiler or in chafing dish.

Serve hot with nachos or tortillas.

Personal Suggestion: This dip is very easy to prepare. I personally like to serve it with vegetable sticks and crispy nachos.

If you want to add more vegetables to the dip,  add red pepper and tomato into squares.
